To book your guest room, call the reservation department at 407-996-9700 or toll-free at 800-627-8258. Attendees can request the Celebrity Educator group rate of $115.00 per night (Nov. 22-25)

Individuals are responsible for payment of room, tax and Incidental charges.
Departure dates will be reconfirmed upon check-in. Any adjustments to departure dates should be made at that time.
Shortened lengths of stay, thereafter, will result in a $50.00 administrative fee, plus applicable taxes and surcharge.


All guestrooms are net, non-commissionable and are quoted exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently
12.5%, plus an Orange County surcharge, currently 1% for a total tax and surcharge of 13.5%. The Rosen PLAZA Hotel will
collect 1% of the room rate (not subject to tax exemption) to fund the promotion of the Orange County Convention enter
and tourist services in the vicinity of the Orange County Convention Center District.


Guest Room Deposit
The Rosen PLAZA Hotel requires that all reservations are secured by a major credit card, which will be used as a guarantee only. One night’s room and tax deposit is required to secure the reservation. In the absence of a credit card, reservations require a cash deposit equal to one night’s room and tax.
 

Group rate expires November 1, 2019. Individual
deposits are refundable if individual reservations are cancelled up to five (5) days prior to arrival; however, credit cards
on file will be billed one night’s room and tax for no shows or cancellations within five (5) days of arrival.
