Day 2 of the National Celebrity Educators Conference & Awards Ceremony starts tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 5 at Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel. The day time and night time events are in different locations on the Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel property. Please see details below. If you get lost or are running behind schedule, feel free text me (especially if you play an important role within the event). 

 

Day Event (Attire Business Professional)

Saturday, Nov. 5th at the Conventions Center in back of the Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel (please don't go to the main building of the hotel for the day time event). Use the last set of double glass doors to the Convention Center to locate our area Grand Sierra Registration NORTH booth - Curacao Hallway. Look at message boards, ask for directions (call hotel the 407-238-8000) and/or text/me 321-236-1928 if you get lost. Look for message boards for directions. 

 

Please arrive between 8am and 9am for check-in. 

 

Guest will view the exhibit hall from 8am on.

 

Complementary continental breakfast is provided at 8:30am. 

 

General Session starts at 9am in the CURACAO rooms 1&2. Educational Leadership Breakout sessions start at 9:30am to 12:30pm.

 

Lunch is on your own at 12:30pm. Hope to see you back for the evening event. 

 

 

Evening Event & Fine Dinning (Attire Formal)

Saturday, Nov. 5th at Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel in the Martinique Ballroom and foyer (located in Beautiful Main Building, Do Not go to the convention center). 

 

Please arrive at 6:00pm to check-in and visit the vendor hall. 

 

Clare and the Chocolate Nutcracker will be performing at 7pm. To watch, non-paid guests please sit in the individual chairs. Pre-Paid guests will sit at the table with their RSVP sign. 

 

Dinner, Comedy, Music, Raffles & Awards show to follow.
